EASTERN KENTUCKY (WSAZ) - New London Tobacco Market, Inc. and Fivemile Energy, LLC are looking to satisfy what they say is a more than $34.8 million in debt from two of West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice’s companies.

New London Tobacco Market Inc. filed affidavits against Kentucky Fuel Corporation and James C. Justice Companies, Inc., according to documents from U.S. District Court Eastern District of Kentucky.

The affidavits state the judgement debtor has been subjected to a non-wage garnishment, meaning any property in Kentucky belonging to, or indebted to, those two of Governor Justice’s companies can be collected to fulfill the amount due plus court costs, interest and attorney fees.
