Tynisha Jackson is an Arlington, Texas native. That's home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers, and she's a fan of both!
Tynisha graduated from Texas State University in 2019, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Media Programming with a minor in Media Studies. When she wasn't in the classroom, you could find her on the sidelines of sporting events as a collegiate cheerleader for the Bobcats during her five years at Texas State.
Tynisha took her love for the sport to a new level as an instructor for the Universal Cheerleaders Association for five years.
In March 2021, Tynisha started her journalism career as an Anchor/MMJ/Producer for our Gray sister station WTOK in Meridian, Mississippi, reporting news throughout East Mississippi and West Alabama.
When she's not working, Tynisha enjoys traveling, hiking, finding new eateries, coffee spots and spending time with family and friends.
