Bluefield State falls to Virginia State on homecoming
Big Blue lose their sixth in a row to the Trojans

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - The Bluefield State University Big Blue held their homecoming game against Virginia State Saturday.
After one quarter, the Trojans' lead was only 3-0, but in the second quarter, Virginia State exploded to lead 31-6 at the half. Former Bluefield Beaver RJ Hairston scored his first collegiate touchdown, but in the end, Bluefield State fell 45-6.
