Navy Women’s Basketball pulls out a close one at The Greenbrier
It was the first time a Women’s Collegiate Basketball game was hosted by America’s resort

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. (WVVA) - The first weekend of the inaugural Greenbrier Tip-Off has concluded.
Friday and Saturday were reserved for the River Division games, and Sunday was marked for something special.
At noon Sunday, history was made in Colonial Hall at America’s Resort when the first collegiate women’s basketball game ever to be hosted by the venue began.
As the first weekend wraps up, the Tip-Off shifts its focus to this Friday through Sunday, where it will welcome more Division 1 basketball teams like UCF, LSU, PITT, and Wisconsin for the Mountain Division Tournament.
