Bluefield State explodes in second half against West Virginia State
Big Blue erase first-half deficit to take down the Yellow Jackets in a thriller

BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - The Bluefield State University (BSU) Big Blue took on the only other West Virginia HBCU at home Tuesday night in the West Virginia State University (WVSU) Yellow Jackets.
WVSU would get out to a strong lead in the first half, leading 55-42 after the first 20 minutes. In the second half though, BSU exploded out the gates and didn’t look back to take the win 112-106. BSU is now 7-3 on the year.
