Concord can’t contain University of Charleston
Both Concord Women’s and Men’s basketball teams took the court against the Golden Eagles Wednesday night at the Carter Center

ATHENS, W.Va. (WVVA) - It was a basketball-filled night in Athens Wednesday as both Concord basketball teams faced the University of Charleston.
The Women’s matchup took place before the Men’s.
That one saw both teams blow 10-point leads, but the Mountain Lions did not do enough to secure the win in the end, falling by one point 64-63.
On the other hand, the Men had a slightly rougher time against the Golden Eagles, ending their five-game win streak with a 17-point loss.
