Montcalm drops a close one at home versus Webster County
The two regional foes met at Montcalm High School just weeks before they begin their playoff runs.

MONTCALM, W.Va. (WVVA) - On Friday, there is a three-way battle for the second seed in the Class-A Region 3 Boys basketball playoffs.
Mount View, Webster County, and Montcalm all have their eyes set on it, Friday night at Montcalm High School, Webster County made the trip to take on the Generals in their gym.
After getting out to an early 10-point lead it seemed as though Montcalm would run away with it, but quickly Webster answered back.
From there it was a back-and-forth affair, but in the end, a big-time three from Joston Lewis of Webster count, later followed by missed free throws from the Generals lifted Webster over Montcalm 48-46
