Medical students receive scholarship money from the Encova Foundation

LEWISBURG, W.Va. (WVVA) - 12 medical students received money through scholarships with the Encova Foundation at an August 23 luncheon in Lewisburg.
$38,000 in total was awarded by the Foundation for the 2024-2025 academic year, with the value of the scholarships ranging from $2,000 to $8,000. The 12 students are at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine.
According to the School, the scholarships were funded by an endowment the Encova Foundation created at the school back in 2016.
