BLUEFIELD, W.Va. (WVVA) - Logan County, WV’s own and America’s Got Talent winner, Landau Eugene Murphy was one the hosts for our ‘Two Virginias: One Mission Telethon.’

Murphy Jr. hosting alongside actor, Kevin Sizemore, NYT best-selling author, Homer Hickam and WVVA’s anchor & producer, Joshua Bolden.

Donations are still being accepted to help with flood relief in southern West Virginia and southwest Virginia. WVVA has partnered with the Salvation Army for the effort and 100% of the proceeds go toward disaster relief.

The Two Virginias united for an unprecedented evening of entertainment and community support to raise funds for those affected by devastating floods.

“That’s awesome, thanks to West Virginia,” said Murphy Jr.

“Thanks to West Virginia Hall of Fame. I appreciate all the love and support over the years from my fellow West Virginians and from all my fans all over the world.”
