BOONE COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - The mother and grandparents of a 14-year-old girl whose body was found in a skeletal state earlier this year in Boone County have been indicted by a grand jury.

The prosecutor in the case made that announcement late Tuesday afternoon about the ongoing probe into Kyneddi Miller’s death.

Miller’s mother Julie Miller and her grandparents Jerry Stone and Donna Stone all were named in the two-count indictment.

All of the defendants were indicted for murder by parent, guardian or custodian by failure or refusal to provide necessities, and child neglect resulting in death.

They’re due in court at 1 p.m. Oct. 18 for arraignment, according to the prosecutor.

Kyneddi Miller’s death has been the focus of a number of WSAZ investigations, including the original Deadly Details Denied.
