Southwest Virginia Men’s Basketball drops last game of season
The Flying Eagles stayed in it for most of the game before Cleveland CC opened up the scoring mid-way through the second.

CEDAR BLUFF, Va. (WVVA) - For the final scheduled game of the season, the Southwest Virginia Community College Men’s Basketball squad celebrated their Sophomores on Sophomore Day.
After losing to Cleveland CC earlier in the season by a large margin, the Flying Eagles came into Wednesday’s affair with a little extra juice.
For a certain Flying Eagle, a very special performance in the first half resulted in crossing an important milestone.
With 10 points in the first half, Corean Nelson surpassed 1,000 points in his SWVCC career.
