Greenbrier East girls fall to Wayne in state semifinals
Lady Spartans couldn’t slow down the Lady Pioneers offense and their season comes to a close

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WVVA) - The No. 3 seed Greenbrier East Lady Spartans went to battle with the No. 2 seed Wayne Lady Pioneers in the girls Class AAA state semifinals Friday, with the winner looking to move to state championship Saturday.
In the end, the Lady Spartans fall 69-57 and their season ends, finishing 24-2 on the year.
